Where do we ship?
We currently ship to the United States.
How long does it take?
- Processing: 1–3 business days after you place your order.
- Delivery: 5–8 business days after processing.
Times may vary during peak seasons or because of carrier delays.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, no minimum.
Tracking
As soon as your package ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it.
What if my package doesn't arrive?
If 25 business days have passed and your order hasn't arrived, contact us through our contact page with your order number and we'll fix it: we'll resend it or refund you.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address before paying. If you made a mistake, contact us within 12 hours and we'll correct it for free. After that, your order may already be on its way.
