We want you to love your bra. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery through our contact page with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you — no need to send anything back.
Size didn't work or changed your mind
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery as long as the bra is unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons we can't accept intimates that have been worn or washed.
In this case, return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive it, we'll refund you or send a different size.
How to start a return
- Contact us through the contact page with your order number and the reason.
- We'll reply within 24 hours with the instructions.
- Once approved, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellations
To cancel your order, contact us within the first 12 hours. After that, it may already be prepared or on its way.
